Yes!! I lost 50kgs and here is my experience on how I did it. I am sharing my story here with the hope and faith that it can help somebody's journey towards the fight against obesity and to stay fit. I feel accomplished every time my experience motivates an individual to take up this challenge.
It took years for me to learn that to never start dieting and exercise together (for beginners who don’t know where and how to start weight loss). Once you are on a strict diet and even on moderate exercise, your body will start craving for food and you end up eating more.
Only focus on diet. And only a dietician can do justice to it. Follow their diet plan holistically to lose weight quickly.
Slowly move to the gym and start working out from low intensity to high intensity as weight loss progresses.
DIET is the main secret for weight loss and shape transformation. Never say No to your Favorite food. Know your limit.
Weight loss will happen quickly. But toning will happen slowly but working out on a regular basis will help to speed up the process.

I learnt Kickboxing at Spitfire Academy for 4 years with my Senior Coach Mr.Suresh Babu Master. He has taught me all the Discipline aspects, both in game and in Life. My another coach Mr Manoj is very dedicated in his work and has patiently taught me all the techniques involved.
